Valves 2009, for Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance company:
Supply and install 11 steam heated hot water storage calorifiers at C.H./ Baragwanath Hospital.

Valves 2009, for Large feedmill, Klerksdorp:
Designed supplied and installed an 80mm N.B. steam main line from the boiler to the conditioner at the pellet press, and condensate return system back to the boiler hotwell.

Valves 2008/2009, for Large industrial manufacturing company, Heidelberg:
Designed, supplied and installed a duplex chilled water circulating system to supply 16 filter production machines in basement from pumps installed previously, as well as a stainless steel reticulation system for PZ material, also from pumps and storage facility installed previously.

Valves 2008, for Papermill, Wadeville:
Modified and standardized steam trap sets on PM2 paper machine. Designed, built and installed a duplex TLV GP10 condensate pump set, and re routed condensate system from machine PM2 to condensate pump.
Installed "Devronizer" on PM2 machine and connected to steam, condensate and compressed air systems, including pressure reducing and de-superheating equipment.

Valves 2007, for Large industrial manufacturing company, Heidelberg:
Designed, supplied and installed a pump and control system for a duplicate chilled water reticulating system for 16 filter production machines situated on the ground floor, Modified PZ storage tanks, supplied and installed copper PZ reticulation system to these machines.

Valves 2006/2007, for Paper manufacturer, Wadeville:
Designed and installed a modified steam/ condensate system to the corrugating plant. Installed new flash steam recovery system and condensate pump system. Modified feed water system to boiler and level control in boiler hotwell.

Valves 2006, at Masakane Provincial Laundry, Rosslyn, for laundry equipment supply company:
Designed, supplied and installed steam, condensate and compressed air systems to 1 - Senking industrial washing tunnel and 8 - 120 kg. tumble driers, as well as a water supply to the washing tunnel. Provided steam, condensate and compressed air to 2 tunnel finishers. Installed new steam system to approximately 18 ironing presses and connected steam, condensate and compressed air to these machines.

Valves 2004/2005, Dunswart Provincial Laundry, C.H. Baragwanath Hospital Laundry, And TMI Laundry, Johannesburg, for for laundry equipment supply company:
Dunswart Laundry: Designed, supplied and installed steam, condensate and compressed air systems to 1 - Senking industrial washing tunnel and 5 - 120 kg. tumble driers, as well as a water supply to the washing tunnel.
C.H. Baragwanath Hospital Laundry: Designed, supplied and installed steam, condensate and compressed air systems to 1 - Senking industrial washing tunnel and 5 - 120 kg. tumble-driers, as well as a water supply to the washing tunnel.
TMI Laundry: Installed new steam main line and modified condensate and compressed air systems to service one Senking tunnel finisher, and connect up eight ironing presses.

Valves 2003, for Feedmill, Rustenburg:
Designed, supplied and installed a new fatty acid reticulation system from the supply tank in the basement to four sets of sprays on the 5th floor, including lagging and heat tracing. Make modifications required to the compressed air supply. Connect water onto three enzyme addition plants.

Valves 2003/1004, for Sawmill, Graskop:
Designed, supplied and installed a new boiler feed water system from the existing hotwell to three existing boilers, including new pumps, control valves, Mobrey level controllers and alarm system.
Reintegrated refurbished steam driven 'Weir' pump as emergency standby.

Valves 2003, for Feedmill, Randfontein:
Designed, supplied and installed fatty acid reticulation system from holding tank in basement to batching units at top of workhouse, including heat tracing and lagging.

Valves 2003, for Feedmill, Pietermaritsburg:
Designed, supplied and installed fatty acid reticulation system from holding tank on ground floor to two production lines, including heat tracing and lagging.

Valves 1999, for Feedmill, Rustenburg:
Designed, supplied and installed Steam and condensate systems for new pellet press (no:3)

Valves 1992, for Feedmill, Rustenburg:
Designed, supplied and installed a compressed air system to all users (about 450) in a new feed mill in what was then one of the largest feed mills in the world.
Designed, supplied and installed an offloading system for molasses and fatty acids at the rail siding, and storage into intake silos supplied by others, including heat tracing and lagging.

Valves 1988, for Milling company, Ramotswa, Botswana, new pasta plant and biscuit factory:
Designed, supplied and installed complete hot water generating and reticulating system for two pasta plants, chilled water system, air conditioning system for pasta production area, compressed air and water supply system.
Designed, supplied and installed diesel storage and pumping system for heating biscuit oven.
